I was told I would receive a link to claim £250 excess. This has not happened despite me paying for a new policy accessed by gocompare

You can either wait for the link to come through via email (please ensure you check your junk / spam folder/) or alternatively follow the below steps. First, please ensure that you are logged into your account. You will then find the 'Free Excess Protection Cover' tab at the top of your account page or behind the silhouette of a person, which will take you to the redemption page. Here you will need to select the policy that you have purchased or choose to enter the details manually which will take you to the redemption form. You need to make sure that the details entered on this page are accurate and match the quote that you obtained and purchased through us. Still waiting on the reciept from having paid it . They couldn’t find the model on a very well known car and further left me on the phone trying to pay for it. So I paid Admiral but have no product. 🤔, Co Compare.

i wanted to see if MULTI CAR insurance would be cheaper than my renewal quote from present provider. a difficult process and the results i got were not so good. the site is better for single car renewals

I had to ring regarding my car insurance. Spoke to an operative who said they would get back to me That was three days ago and still heard nothing

When looking for insurance for a Motorhome the lowest quote was offered. When looking to take out cover at the end of process was informed that the company did not provide Motorhome insurance. What a waste of time!

I was disappointed that when I clicked through to the insurer the price increased by more than £20. This didn't happen on other comparison sites I tried.

You have a quoit before you buy a car then a week later they put the price up by 100 pound then in 10 minutes put it up another £10.00

11 Febreuary 2020 Searching for motor insurance for potential purchase. gocompare were the cheapest of all searches. I attempted to purchase. On completion of application and accepting your quote I was transferred to your recommended insurer Hastings Direct only to find that their website was unavailable due to maintenance, with a message to try again later or call the following day. After several tries I gave up and then purchased insurance from compare the market, slightly more expensive but still better value than your next cheapest quote. I needed to purchase that day online and not have the bother of repeating everything over the phone

this is not about go compare per se, however, it is about one of your offers - the AA, whose quote doubled after I had completed the details, so if this is what's going to happen, ill just go with the same insurance provider I had last year which is £100 cheaper than the aa. Very disappointing. Please do not send me any more texts or emails. BY the way, the opt out link on cell doesn't work, it just takes you to your page, not an opt out page, another no no for me. thank you
