“Rating of insurance was very simple. . I wasn't entirely sure what I was covered for. I found compare the market easier to use to find out coverage.”

“you recommend companies that do not allow one to obtain a quote and take payment over the internet, insisting on their sites one telephones them to complete the transaction. On calling them they do then not answer the calls. This a very long winded process and waisted a lot of my precious time. Please done not bother me again”

“I was looking for home insurance with flood cover, I filled all the form in and it came back with a few quotes, when I went to the sites and spoke to the insurance companies none of them offered flood cover so I'm really disappointed with the site.”

“The quote process is hampered by poorly navigable option sequences . Keeper/Owner options limited . (no 'business partner' options ) A mistake in the selection boxes cannot be rectified once the page is left . Persistent email missives for unsaved quotes . Not easy to clear quotes not worth saving due to mistakes using selectables”

“I do all the right things for the quote and then there extras on top eg breakdown cover, no claims discount protection and so on. By the time I'm finished it's about the same as my current provider so why bother. Thought go compare was ment to be cheaper than standard quotes.”
