Because I waited 24 hours between the quote and acting on it, you expired the quote and I had to requote - resulting in the prices going up by over £150. What a rip-off.

The lowest quote received did not appear to include the full requirements. On checking the figure increased to £750. Had I just believed the original price and gone ahead with it I would not have been fully covered!

I purchased Saga motor insurance using gocompare via Topcashback. Initially all went well and the advertised £35.10p cash back was credited to my Topcashback account. However, when I looked a day or two later this had inexplicably been reduced to £27.00!

Must of been 100 questions and then when the quotes presented not all the items I wanted included, legal cover etc So couldn't work out if it was cheaper or not. Was easier just to renew with my existing cover provider.

Very annoyed after getting quotes from different companies, offering courtesy cars on quotes. When you phone companies they say you have to pay extra if you want this on your policy, yet they all tick in green that this is included? This is wrong information being given. Even when quotes comes through on email it does say courtesy car is included .

arguments with customer services, they did not know what they were talking about, saying I had to pay extra for personal cover when it was already included, I told them it was on the screen in front of me but she would not accept it and told me I was wrong, finally had to speak with their manager. I have not received my documents yet, how can I check them as requested to see if everything is correct?

insurance companys refuse to let me pay on line even though i want to pay in full by debit card. they want me to ring them so they can charge another £12.50.so your service is a waste of time.

I had to change my password twice to get into web sight. It stubbornly refused to let me in to recover quotes. Having changed twice I found myself trying to recover information a third time and found the same problem again. I gave up and went to a different company.

I have used GoCompare for a number of years without a problem. This year the best quote is from Hastings Direct. Because I wanted additional services, I followed the route to Hastings Direct website which failed. I then have treid to phone HD several times without success. Finally I got through only for HD to hang up. I then tried again using HD's direct number. After another long wait I eventually spoke to someone who asked me for the GoCompare quote number and then promptly hung up. I have failed completely to reach HD Customer Services to complain. Why do you promote this company?

I feel ripped off. As I have freinds who have a bad history with driving and insurance who are younger than me, driving more powerful cars than mine but still my insurance is £400 more. How does this work.
