“When I tried to collect my offer I could not get it. It either said can`t find that email account or when I signed in with my google account it said they already had a membership, so no reward.”

“The 1st document was refused even though it had maximum no claims on it. Then we had to get new documents and had a job uploading it all. Not everyone is a computer expert. The box that needed ticking was far too small.”

“hi i had a problem, trying to get a quote for car insurance its ok for me. but to get a quote in my partners name impossible. it keeps defaulting to my name there is no way to sign out out and sign in with a diffrent name”

“The procedure for using membership is very vague not explained clearly. Why can you not just issue a printed membership card in all cases. In my case I Had to apply for a membership card”

“I had to go through my driving liecence details again then give mind ity National insurance number, then I had to upload my letter from my previous insurer which I recieved through the post. This meant going on line to find a letter, then learning how to upload it. My adobe reader was out of date, I shopped about to find a site to reload adobe. I dont know if I found the right file as I would have to join Facebook to find out what I sent. I went to my local photocopy shop and posted my copy letter. It was a long afternoon”

“i was emailed a quote from your website after browsing on Tuesday 5th June, but i was unable to retrieve it when i went to pay. i telephoned the company, and they said they have no record of the quote, even though i had the email and forwarded the email to them.”
