I purchased a shark blanket approx. 5 - 6 weeks ago and still have don't have the item however GoGroopie have my money! After contacting customer services on two occasions via email I was told their provider had ran out of these blankets and they would order from another supplier - that was on the 23rd of October!!!!!! This is disgusting service! I never even received an apology and today 7th November I still have no item and GoGroopie still have my money!!!! I can't get through to them via telephone, have tried several times but it rings out constantly. This Company is completely unprofessional I do NOT RECOMMEND the company and am currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. To make matters worse, this was a present for my little nephew's birthday which has now passed :( Please think very carefully before using this company.

Hi i purchased a massage therapy device. waited 5 weeks no delivery called go groopie who said there would chase it up.weeks later asked for a refund a few weeks later i was sent an email saying that the parcel had been delivered. more phone calls that it had not been delivered to this address. more calls email and texs to groopie and natural logistics sl. i have now been told go groopie only supply the voucher and will not refund.what a complete farce. janet

I notice that now the company aren't even e-mailing back from these reviews..... Rather they suggest we contact them... Like I hadn't thought of that and actually done it several times!!! They don't answer!!! As I said before... Total fraud... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

O O Thought I had ordered 5 of the shark blankets. They didn't turn up. Contacted go groopie they said they would only refund 1 voucher as I didn't order 5. ,I explained that I thought I had ordered 5 and there website was very confusing. I was offered to purchase something else but it was too late as i had to post the items. Very poor service bottom this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Looking for a full refund but think I will end up losingĀ£35 !! ,Not good.

As the others I have ordered two shark blankets back in September and still not received them. Contacted customer services and got very little help!!! Not impressed and feel will not be using this site again!

Ordered a shark blanket in September still waiting for it, have sent them 7 messages, got promised a refund, only to receive another message from them saying it was on it's way, the same message I have been sent 2 weeks earlier from the same girl Demi, they don't read their messages, just a automated response I've sent them the order number and voucher code 3 times now, more than a little pissed with them, I have stated I will take this further

Purchased 3 items from same merchant...goods never received...number does not work. Cancelled all 3 vouchers by email on 6/10/16.confirmed by gogroupie . Only refunded 1 as they did not cancel the other 2 now THEIR MISTAKE NOT MINE....i have to wait another 14 days.. Theiving robbing sod's. Both numbers ring out....what a con...if money not received today I'm going to the police

This appears to be the only way to get a response from gogroppie as they do not answer e-mails. I ordered the shark blanket over a month ago, no delivery, no contact from supplier despite numerous e-mails. Go groopie responded via this site and assured me of a refund in 2-4 days... 8 days later and still no money back... Total fraud!! And clearly an ongoing problem... What are they doing to resolve this... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought two emergency winter drivers kits on 03.10.16 for Christmas presents - money taken out my account and still not received goods. Impossible to get in touch with. Have tried for two days on the phone number which just rings out. E-mailed and have received no response - voucher runs out on 03.11.16 - what a joke!

Ordered a kids shark tail blanket 17th sept still havent recieved. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago said i would get a response in 7 days still nothing and i cant get through to the customer service number. Wanted this for my sons birthday. Stay clear of this website reallt disappointed.

Ordered a kids shark blanket weeks ago and it has not arrived. Have tried e mailing and phoning the given contact but no response. I've now started a resolution process with PayPal but the company have yet to respond to that either. Not impressed. What a con!

On the 22nd September I ordered a kids tablet the merchant was bazaar-me after emails back and forward to gogroopie and bazaar me it has still not arrived very disappointed and a little girl was looking forward to using the tablet. I was told several times that the order was resent It never arrived! The order is now cancelled and I'm waiting for my refund. I have said I have a new bank card. Gogroopie stated they cannot change the deatails. So I don't know if I will receive my money back!! I will never use again. Very bad service Amanda

I ordered a shark blanket over four weeks ago, it has not yet arrived. I have e-mailed the supplier and go-groopie on multiple occasions but am yet to receive a response. I want the item I have paid for promptly or a refund in full. Shoddy service. I would not use again and would advise others of the same
