“As many of you i also bought and Android tablet before Christmas which didn't arrive. So i gave Customer care a ring. Spoke to Rhiannon she was lovely explained the whole situation to me and GoGroopie do not send the product you buy the coupon for a item from another business! She rang this Bluebud when i was on the phone and asked where my item was. She came back to me and apologized again and said that Bluebud ran out of stock and didn't inform GoGroopie until that very morning straight away she took my details and said she would call me back in half hour hopefully with a solution. 20mins past i got a phonecall from Rhiannon she had personally called up a number of other businesses they work with and had managed to secure me a similar tablet with them and it will be with me within 2 days. 2 days later i got my tablet so i just want to point out that its not GoGroopie that are causing this issue its businesses not being upfront with them. GoGroopie have done everything for me they could to clean up the mess of this "Bluebud" and i will purchase again. Thanks Rhiannon and thanks GoGroopie. P Hutchinson”
