“I ordered a 7" tablet and received a voucher code and security code. When I tried to redeem voucher was informed it was incorrect. Eventually through my ignorance I lost all the information. I then rang your customer services. The lady I spoke to was brilliant and very patient as I was panicking which must have driven her mad but she remained very calm with me. She did solve my problem which happened to be my fault. I cant praise her enough she was brilliant cant thank her enough.
