Spoke with a guy called Steve. He was most helpful and patient, (as I asked him to go over things a number of times). I was guided through my options and I believe I got an excellent resolution to my problem with my fridge freezer. Pleasure to do business with.

They didn't make me happy at all. Paid up front and told engineer would call shortly and because I called before 10am they could come out tomorrow. Engineer didn't call until 5.10pm, told me the only just ordered the part wouldn't arrive for 2-3days and not able to repair until next week. Very unimpressed given the upfront, fixed costs....

I spoke to a very helpful, cheerful young man named Nathan. Considering I did not have all the information that I required at my fingertips he was patient and dealt with my call with just the right touch of humour. So far, a very good experience.

Disgusted at appalling customer service. I was told an engineer would call me to arrange a visit time. I communicated which days I could be available this week. No telephone call received but did receive a text indicating engineer visit on one of the days I was not available. The text was from a system which did not accept replies - so you can communicate with me but I am not allowed to respond. That is a shocking attitude showing contempt for your customers. I had to waste 13 minutes of my life this morning getting the appointment altered. I requested no further communication by text but have now received another which again will not allow me to reply. Does the person responsible for customer service in your organisation possess the slightest grain of emotional intelligence or understanding of common courtesy.? Communication is a two way process! I repeat my request of this morning and which I was assured would be recorded on my client file - If you wish to communicate with me in future please only do so by telephone only, NOT TEXT.

Agent I spoke to was very helpful and explained different options and about the company. I proceeded to book a repair which they arranged for to be done very quickly.

The assistance I received from Lea was extremely easy to understand and as a 75 years old this is not always the case. He took me through everything with great care and all I hope is the repair to my rangemaster is as easy.
