The young lady that delt with me was first class.I was made to feel a real valued customer, she explained everything in simple terms and was easy to understand. She is a great asset to your company.

Nobody showed up. Nobody phoned - I have to chase Hoover directly. Eventually at 12 noon Hoover phoned to say they were not coming and engineer could now come on Friday. Go assist were useless and didn't phone or email me back despite promising they would. Very disappointing service - here's hoping after paying £170 someone can be bothered to turn up on Friday to do the job! Terrible service

It was very good that the engineers contacted me within the hour to book an appointment, but disappointing that they phoned on Thursday and couldn't come until the following Tuesday .

The man, Sean, who I spoke to was very efficient, clear, friendly and helpful. He seemed to know what he was talking about and sorted things out quickly for me. However there was a lot of background noise from lots of other people talking as he was obviously in a call centre this made it difficult for me to concentrate on everything he said as I have extremely bad tinnitus. If this nois could be prevented it would make things much better for the customer!!

I phoned go assist to request an engineer to fix my Neff microwave oven. A very smooth talking employee informed me that an engineer would telephone me and arrange a time frame for Friday of this week. I arranged a day off but no one called me and when I eventually got through to Neff they said they couldn't come and gave me a date for the following week, with no two hour frame. I had to pay in advance plus take an insurance policy out. Everything you coach your telephone operators to say borders on fraudulent!. Will never use you again you and will warn other people too!

Bought the policy on the basis that I could have the repair done on the Thursday, 2 days later. Turned out I have to wait 2 weeks. Not particularly impressed with the service, everyone is helpful but no one is accountable.
