“After new boiler installed which was over £2000 I had a leak due to wrong pipe fitting. Had a flood and cost me over £200 for emergency plumber at 5am in the morning... Had to continuously chase to get someone out. Was without hot water or heating for 5 days.. Still not working properly... Once they have your money they're not interested.. I have raised formal complaint.. I wish I'd never heard of Glow Green! Such a stressful time with this company.”

“The fitting of the new combi boiler was first class the kitchen was left clean and tidy and the fitter was polite and was well presented we could not have picked a better company thanks you so much. “First of all, the advisor on the phone was very good, he explained everything I needed to know. The engineers turned up on time and explained how they were going to carry out the work. After the installation was finished, they explained how the boiler would work. Overall very good experience with this company.”

“The planning, execution and workmanship was second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Engineers drained my system from a radiator in the hallway. They failed to connect it back together properly, therefore the radiator leaked and soaked my hall carpet. They eventually returned a few weeks later and tightened the connection. However, the leak has stained my carpet and Glow Green are not taking responsibility for the engineers incompetence. Will never recommend this company”
