“The old boiler was contacted to a thermostat that worked so I did not see a need to replace it. When the new boiler was put in the thermostat and the control switch are both not working and the company tells me that it is a preexisting issue when I know it is not. The company refuses to rectify the situation and now i have to sort it out myself so am not happy at all”

“The gas man turned off the mains gas supply and changed all boiler settings. He left without turning it back on. I had to chase him by telephone to find out how to turn the mains gas back on. Hos responses sorry he forgot to turn it back on and gave me instructions of what to do.”
