“Process from beginning to end was faultless and I found Glow Green very professional. It is reassuring to know you can Google a company and get this level of service. One minor criticism is another company delivers the boiler and they don't want to bring it in the house so elderly or people in flats might want to take this in to account. Other than that I would give them 10 out of 10.”

“Hi, I had a quote for a new boiler from Glow Green last Monday 16th October, and the instalation was promised for Friday the 20th October. On Wednesday and Thursday I received an email saying the boiler will be delivered Friday and the installation will be done Tuesday 24th October, which I agreed with. Booked time off from work Friday and Tuesday. Monday afternoon at 3 pm I received a phone call from Glow Green saying they are really sorry but they don't have an engineer available for Tuesday. Explained I can't take anymore time off from work during the week,I was offered a new instalation date for Saturday 28th October, with the most reliable engineer. Friday I phoned Glow Green to double check someone is coming the next day, they confirmed the booking and the name of the engineer too. Friday evening 7pm the engineer phoned me to confirm the instalation at 8am Saturday. They send 2or 3 emails of confirmation too. Saturday morning at 7.10am the engineer send me a message apologising he will not be able to attend the job. And here I'm in the situation where I have a big package sitting in the middle of the room for over a week, I have no heating, it's weekend and I can't talk to anyone at this company, apart from the emergency Department ,which they can't do anything, advising someone will get in touch with me on Monday . This is the short story of my experience with this company. Glow Green Ltd is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I've ever dealt with. 100% I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM . On their website they only have good reviews, but on their Facebook page all you can see are bad reviews. I'm sorry I didn't checked the Facebook page before. This company was recommend to me and like I said I've only checked them on Google and not on social media. Now I've learned my lesson unfortunately and in the future I will not make the same mistake again.”
