“I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that there was information pre and post installation for which I had to ask confirmation. That said, the installation went ahead quickly, on-time as agreed and no problems have arisen at the time of writing. Communication from Green Glow was very good and responses to my queries were answered promptly and accurately. From the reviews, I know some people have not had such good experiences - and that did concern me - but this (so far) has been a positive experience.”

“It has been a smooth ride and everything seems to be working ok. The booking and quotes were done professionally though an actual visit might have detected an extra expense. There was also a hiccup with the fact that it was a two days job rather than one; unfortunately I was not aware of this and neither were the engineers. Apart from this I am impressed and am looking forward to the future with glow green.”

“New boiler installed quickly and without any issues. David and Jaime were great - on time, very respectful as I was working from home, and they kept everything neat and tidy at the end of the day. Boiler works brilliantly and my water pressure has improved considerably: I don't need to use a pump anymore!”
