Glow Green were prompt and efficient, and installed a good boiler with no fuss. The workmen were friendly but slightly messy, and did not take away the old boiler (they suggested we took it to the dump, which we did), despite the small print, which I read later, specifying that redundant equipment would be disposed of by Green Glow. For this reason only Good rather than Excellent in review.

Good sales team. Good sub contractted electrician. Dreadful office, unable to get through and always someone new dealing with an issue or unable to sort it. Office seems to be focused on the paper work to cover their back and not customer service. Happy with final product but concerned if we need to deal with the office again.

I have always had issues with this company since the boiler was installed in 2019. They completely ignore your request.This company will not call to say their engineer is not coming to service your boiler. I waited all day not once but twice. Very inconvenient and when you call they do not seem to care at all. I pay my monthly instalments without fail.

Almost 11 months ago I had a boiler installed by this company. I took out a service contract at £8.99 per month. First it was an unnecessary contract sale (mis selling) given that it was a brand-new boiler. Second, it’s time to book a service, the company is totally unresponsive. Several calls and only thing they tell you is that it’s with scheduling department. MOST WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT BOILER IS NOT REGISTERED WITH VAILLANT. IN OTHER WORDS, Vaillant WILL ONLY GURANTEE THE BOILER OF 12 MONTHS. IN A FEW DAYS TIME I WILL NO LONGER HAVE THE WARRANTY. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. EVEN MORE WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED A BUILDINGS REGULATION CERTIFICATE. SURELY THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL. FUTURE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT WARRANTY ASPECTS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE CONTARCT IS VERY QUESTIONABLE INDEED. I AM NOT AT ALL SURE WHERE AWARDS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ONTHEIR WEBSITE. I WENT BY THEIR CLEVER MARKETING AND SLIGHLY LOWER PRICE. BUT I FEEL I HAVE BEEN BURNT.

1..brilliant took my money installed my boiler 2..even sent me flowers !!! 3..boiler started to leak couldn't get hold of them had to get another plumber to sort! 4..wrote a complaint about their shocking after care no reply 5.. please I advise you to shop elsewhere If I could turn back the clock I definitely would I'm more amazed at how many poor reviews there are and if I was the owner or ceo of this company I would be embarrassed by the reveiws

We were supposed to have our solar installation on Monday this week but they couldn’t finish due to incomplete scaffolding. Scaffolding firm didn’t have a plan of what was needed and after we showed them the plan said they didn’t have enough on the lorry to complete the job! On day of solar installation the guys said they wouldn’t be able to do all of the job due to lack of scaffolding. A few days went by and the scaffolding firm came and completed the job. Then we were told installation would be finished on Thursday or Friday (yesterday or today) and nobody has turned up to do the job! Called them. Woman on phone says job is complete on her system and she will raise a ticket which would take at least 2 days for them to respond! We have no hot water. I was told if I raise a complaint it will take 5 days! I’m not impressed with the customer service so far but you never know, they may redeem themselves by completing the work pronto! For the amount of money the job is costing , I did expect a gold star service!

Poor Customer Service. Glowgreen do not resolve poor workmanship that they have installed after 1 year. They do not understand the Consumer Act 2015.

do not have this company fit solar, they will not answer the the phone once they have your money the only people to answer the phone are sales so if you have a problem with your solar you cannot reach anyone to speak to,their customer service is none existent it amazes me how they can run a business the way they do.

BE VERY AWARE They will sell you anything just to get your money, then completely ignore you. I asked for a PV system to run my home with additional 6kw of heating, they sold me a system that won't run a 60 watt light bulb. When I challenged the system installed they replied by saying it's winter, the system won't reach full capacity. Now I'm no expert but I don't think I'll need the heating on in the summer when " the system is at its best ". Now they won't answer me and have just said " it's working isn't it ". I'm now left with a £7000 system that don't work how I want and £2500 worth of eco friendly heaters I can't use. So please be aware they will just take your money and run

I ordered a new boiler from Glow Green and it was delivered on time and work started on time but the boiler when connected did not work so a new part was delivered within 30 minutes and fitted and the boiler worked but the engineers left the site and for 8 days and counting I as an 84 year old pensioner have had no hot water or heating over that period the thermostat was not completed and a sign on the boiler says do not use this boiler because it has not been commissioned they have promised on several occasions to complete the work but have told lie after lie to avoid returning to get my heating and hot water on, the worst company I have ever encountered and should be drummed out of business. I have been promised they will return on Thursday 23rd Feb just hope it’s not another lie.

GlowGreen have been fine overall - just. Their over-the-phone 'survey' didn't really end up going to plan as the contractors changed the location of inverter and battery completely (to save cable run) - but still OK overall. However, their contractors didn't do too well. They put the panels on the roof wonky - 100mm difference left side to right side. We ended up leaving them like this as too much effort to change afterwards. A few cables under the panels weren't cabled-tied enough, the CT clamp was initially in the wrong location and the location of the iBoost isn't ideal. They took two days rather than the quoted 1 day. So overall I think the contractors let GlowGreen down somewhat. In hindsight I would have probably been better going directly to local recommended contractors in my area. Still waiting for MCS certificate from GlowGreen a few weeks after everything finished, so still chasing for that before I can be paid for any export.

I am an 84 year old pensioner and Glow Green fitted my new boiler on the 14 February but the installers made a hash of it and burned the control panel out but the manufacturer's had a new part supplied and fitted to get the boiler working but the original fitters could not get away fast enough it’s now 20th February and I still have no hot water or heating and can get no sense from this company to complete the job , the worst service I have ever come across read the Trust Pilot reviews before even thinking about using this fly by nigh t outfit or like me you will be without heating or hot water despite them taking your money.

They were punctual, efficient, polite and quick with their service. I can't speak for any boiler faults as we haven't had any with a 4 year old boiler.

The scaffolding is still up and it's been over a month since completion. Any phone calls do not get returned and no information is passed on. Am having resort to my local council and small claims court to resolve.
