“It has been a smooth ride and everything seems to be working ok. The booking and quotes were done professionally though an actual visit might have detected an extra expense. There was also a hiccup with the fact that it was a two days job rather than one; unfortunately I was not aware of this and neither were the engineers. Apart from this I am impressed and am looking forward to the future with glow green.”

“New boiler installed quickly and without any issues. David and Jaime were great - on time, very respectful as I was working from home, and they kept everything neat and tidy at the end of the day. Boiler works brilliantly and my water pressure has improved considerably: I don't need to use a pump anymore!”

“The start was very good then between customer service and Complaints department they completely blew it. I understand covid but not internal comms delay in responding multiple people involved who just have typical fob off response. All due to a valve that was working perfectly well then didnt I paid for it which I accepted but instal months ago still not working properly”
