“Truly amazing service from start to finish, Zack in sales sealed the deal for my husband and I to have solar panels installed, his professionalism coupled with friendly approach was a breath of fresh air. The cost is comparable to their competitors, however, Glow Green don’t start off with ridiculous pricing and then discount to win the business, Glow Green price you fairly and consistently for the job, therefore not undermining the products and services which gives you peace of mind that your getting good quality. The service is phenomenal and is supported along the way with literature and supporting documentation showing their professional approach to customers. Totally blown away with the scheduling, everything arrived when it was due and the installation team were exceptionally thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glow Green in the future and again a massive thank you from myself and husband.”

“We have recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted, replacing our previous old one. The plumber Jack Young and his assistant were polite and efficient in their work and manner. Our system is working beautifully at present and we have a cozy warm home. We are completely satisfied at present with all aspects of our dealings with Glow Green while sitting with our fingers crossed.”

“Spoke to Glow Green on phone and was booked in straight away for new combi boiler and maintenance. Was put straight through to finance team and booked 2 years 0% finance. Was constantly updated with delivery date and install start time and everything went to plan. The boiler and engineer turned up as promised and did an excellent job and was very friendly. He even removed carpet and floor to upgrade pipework with no extra cost. Fitted new boiler, flu, filter and wireless controller that can be moved round house Very impressed with overall service and would highly reccomend”

“From start to finish the service from Glow Green was top class. They helped me choose the most appropriate boiler at a good price. They kept me up to date re delivery of boiler and installation details. The engineer Dean was first class, arriving on time, was tidy and cleared away all packaging and removed old boiler. He explained everything very clearly to us and the boiler is working perfectly. Thank you.”

“Customer service is non existence. If you have a problem or query after solar installation, once they have received their money they just don't care. The stress this company has and still is causing is unforgivable, shouldn't be allowed. Finally had no option but to put a complaint in writing and they aren't even following their own complaints procedure. Company is absolutely shocking.....avoid. There are so many more reliable ones out there, that don't contract out the work!”
