“Fitters came on time, boiler installed no problem . They might have set or at least gave some insight in to programming the the thermostat, but i did it myself and it all now works fine .”

“From getting a quote to complete installation was very quick. The job completed by the teal led by Luke was very good, the only reason I have not given 5 stars is we had to wait nearly 2 weeks to have the remaining rubbish removed”

“No hot water since 25th July. Purchased boiler on 26th July with an installation date of 28th. After re-orders new installation dates I am still waiting for installation. I have been misled from the staff and only have a non confirmed install date of 5th August. I'm not holding my breath.”

“The installation of the 2 air con units was very satisfactory so the two stars do not represent the fitters/engineers. But the lack of an apt for an electrician to connect the units 6 days later is unacceptable. 5 emails later and numerous phone calls and the operators on the phone are helpful the experience has turned very bitter. Why does no one call us back to arrange for the electrician to attend . And there is an urgency in this now as your operators are aware re my urgent medical condition /hospital admission this is not acceptable at all you have been paid in full .”

“Really friendly service, within a week of enquiry i had an engineer out fixing anew boiler. Engineer was really nice, clean and communicated the process. The delivery of the boiler was late and the engineer had to go and collect it which then delayed the fit. But overall i am very happy, one week in the new boiler is working well and the finance options are excellent :)”

“Very good price. Very quick installation, less than one week. Although the boiler was working straight away it took about 4 weeks to get an electrician to install an isolation switch and remove some old control boxes belonging to my old boiler, but this didn't cause me any problems. Altogether with the quick installation, good price and 12 year guarantee I think Glow Green provided good value for money”
