“We had air con units installed by this company was told it would take two days ended up being eight, The workmanship is shoddy at best once they have your money they do not care and don’t answer your emails. Only wish it would let me download photo’s”

“Would not use this company. Had nothing but issues with new boiler. Poorly fitted- where sat in for many days to get it resolved without any engineer showing up. I was left without hot water for weeks waiting for a repair. Don’t be fooled by the price!!! Once it’s fitted the customer service is shocking!!”

“Disorganized and irresponsible company! I paid a premium plus after care service for my boiler in March based on Glow Green's Sales person's confirmation that they will take care of installation according to my requirements which included not to alter the external wall of our apartment building. Unfortunately, they screwed it up by not communicating internally and checking for my consent before letting the gas engineer Andrew Bristow to drill two holes on external wall and connect white condensation pipe to a black communal drainage pipe. The reverse of wrongly installed pipes is simple but Glow Green have chosen not to admit their communicational and operational mistakes, or apologized. Instead, their unhelpful Customer service team asked me to provide evidence that my requirements were mentioned when their sales contacted via phone! Glow Green made error on my quotation boiler model, total price and the amounts for direct debit on 3 occasions for this order, ironically, the only department in their business that's proactively contacting me after the installation complaint is their monthly payment collection department. It's now been 5 months since installation and they still haven't responded to the Ombudsman organization to whom I had to escalate the complaint to. I hope other customers won't get the same lousy treatment or just stay away from Glow Green.”

“The boiler man came and fitted the boiler no problem, but he didn't tell us that the pipes are going to be on show, on my old boiler the pipes were hidden inside the boiler, but he made good the wall for the condensate pipe, so happy with that, I was lead to believe that the boiler was sealed unit, by that I mean no pipes were on show, but this is not the case, if you look in the Worcester brochure it looks like there's no pipe work, and I was expecting that look, but what I got was something different, the workmanship is good and would have got a five star rating from me, but I had to make a box to cover the pipping, which is a shame because it alters the look of the kitchen, as for glow green they were great, very helpful and polite all the way through the process”
