“The service and boiler installation was fast and efficient. The boilers works brilliantly. My only issue is the thermostat is so aweful to use without connecting it to the app. I don't use apps often and I found my boiler schedule was set to 21'c every 4 hours and I couldn't change it on the thermostat, my flat ended up at 37'c one day before I installed the app and turned off the scheduled changes.”

We have now been assured that our complaint will be investigated so three stars seem mean especially when five stars were previously given.”
