“Took our money but didn’t do anything else. We contacted Glow Green on Nov 30th, they were really quick to take our money but straight after the radio silence started. They never managed to get the right kind of engineer on site, even though we specified exactly what they needed for the job. This went on for more than two weeks, no hot water, no heating, with a 1 year baby, calling the number everyday, nobody calling us back. I actually went back to the call history, and it’s a grand total of 4 hours and 48 min spent on the phone with them (or waiting), when you can reach them, because nobody seems to know what’s happening there. Boiler gets delivered, scaffolding team comes but no engineer, and vise versa. We have now cancelled the job and it’s been a week of relentless phone call to get them to come pick up their boiler so we can get our money back and move on. Right now we can’t hire another company because Glow Green is keeping our money until they deign pick up their boiler, so as it’s stands we still have no hot water or heating. The amount of professionalism there is abyssal, it might actually be a scam, so save yourself and go with anybody else.”

“Engineer was personable, knowledgeable, and did a brilliant job in upgrading our central heating system. Glow Green were competitive, provided constructive comment during the purchasing process, and honoured all commitments. The job site was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed as promised. It doesn't get any better.”

“my boiler system was installed by 2 very helpful and polite engineers they worked very hard and caused me very little disruption i am very happy with the system they installed and have no hesitation in recommending glow green Ltd to anyone. on completion the engineers were helpful and patient in explaining how to operate the system . submitted by David King the tennant and on behalf of Jo Guthrie Landlord.”
