“Had a boiler installed at my rental property on the 13th July 2020. Since then my tenant has informed me that they have to bleed the radiators and that they aren’t heating properly. After several months, it was identified that the boiler was not installed correctly: flow & return are the wrong way round and the feed & vent are piped up wrong. I have been trying to get an engineer to come out and fix this issue since the 5th Nov (the one on the 21st oct didn’t notice the issue and blamed the pump). It’s been 5 days and no communication from them. I have called numerous times as well. My tenant is still without heating or hot water and they don’t seem to be doing anything. Very disappointed as I had used them 4 years ago to instal a boiler at my old flat. Would not recommend or use again in future.”

“Horrific customer service and relations. Paying monthly for their Glow Green Care but nearly impossible to get through via the phone - new customers line always free through - emails back and forth get unanswered and promised call backs don’t happen - avoid this company”

“Installation of boiler made by two engineers on January 2020 !!!!!!!!!! Glow green should be ashamed. After they finish installation they left our home. We find few issue like a gas leaking, water leaking and no hot water. After the phone call to Glow Green engineers refuse to come back the same day because he finish job for that day. he come back next day at 8 am. People don`t leave at risk your family life and health like we done because we did not notice the potential threat. Please react straight away. After complain I receive respond: In light of the inconvenience you suffered, as well as the further time it took to finalise your installation, I have authorised a £25.00 gesture of goodwill payment to exhibit Glow Green's best intentions. Please respond to this email with your bank details so we can process these funds. Other things!!!!!!! Purchase of boiler was ok but forgot to mention about exchanging SMART THERMOSTAT & HOT WATER CONTROL which is very important for better performance of the boiler.”

“I am not sure if I have already made a view but in one word excellent! From ordering to installation it was done quickly and efficiently the engineer was great friendly answering any questions I had and making sure that the boiler was working properly and showing me how it works before leaving he also tidied everything up. “To start with I had alot of trouble as they did not come and check what was needed and dispite sending pictures got it wrong as the Flue on the boiler was not straight forward. First day here was a complete waste of time. They sent someone back 2 days later and he was fantastic. Friendly, knew what he was doing and done the job well. The end result is that I am happy with the new boiler and the work that was eventually carried out. The only other issue was that the boiler was delivered and left in my front garden, I wasn't comfortable with that as the engineer was not here. I ended having to ask a neighbour to help me bring it in. The boiler arrived on a plastic pallet, dustmen won't take it and I'm stuck with it.”

“The engineer was great. Always been polite and made sure that he explains what he’s been doing. The installation has been cancelled twice. The day before the planned installation, i was asked to look for a roofer because they would’nt be able to carry on with the job without it, which caused me so much hassle. Of which in the end, you have sorted the job without me calling for a roofer. It would have been better if ocular inspection been done before accepting the job,”
