“WORST COMPANY EVER.... DO NOT USE!! absolute liars. Disgusted, Were given a quote on the phone by Tom,literally 2 minutes after checking for boiler quotes online ,with the British Gas engineer still here having given us the bad news of needing a new boiler.! ( Quotes had'nt even appeared on line before the call came) Strangely we then could'nt get hold of Tom and an email was ignored. We checked today as we wanted a written quote, were fobbed off with an excuse about their IT system not working properly so could'nt send a quote,!!! and tonight we spoke to someone else who knew nothing about a problem with their IT!! we were then told they were going to quote us an EXTRA 1500 pounds !!!!!!! Happy Christmas!!! NOT !!!!”

“My elderly mother has been left without water or heating due to the glowgreen engineer. She lives alone and is elderly. She phoned the help desk who then shouted at her to listen and said it was her fault the engineer broke off the stopcock to the house. What a nightmare. My mum is in tears. The patio needs to be lifted up to fix it and she is cold. I have never been so angry with a company before. So horrible to her. These people are subcontractors and cowboys, spend you money elsewhere”

“We had our Valliant boiler supplied and fitted around 4 years ago. The process was made super easy and instillation was swift. We did experience a few niggles at the start but all were resolved promptly after a phone call or two. 4 years on we have a monthly DD to cover the cost of our annual service, all the engineers we have had in I cannot fault them. Their skill and knowledge is second to none,theyre polite curtious and professional. Booking appointments is a doddle and if I've needed to reschedule its never been a problem. Salman has been our engineer for 2 years running, service was impeccable as always. Glow Green are fab, I would recommend them 100% to friends and family for all their Boiler needs. Thank you for a fab service to all the team at Glow Green ✨️”

“I was happy with the model of boiler I chose and still am tho it's a bit noisy. The installation process was ok except that the engineer cracked 3 of the worktop tiles and left a scattering of debris on top of the boiler. He also forgot to attach one screw which apparently wasn't too important but careless none the less. My real complaint is with the after sales service. When I try to adjust the water pressure water pours from the space where the key is. I have told the enginee who promised to get something to solve it. That was weeks ago and nothing. I reported it to Glow Green and again nothing. This spoils an otherwise good experience”

“Truly amazing from start to finish. The process was made so easy. The fact my wife was heavily pregnant at the time and our old boiler had just stopped working, glo green could not do enough for us. The new boiler was delivered as fast as they could get it the engineer was brilliant. He explained every detail of what he had to do and also went the extra mile when he could see my wife was sat in the living room cold, he went out got an electric heater for her to keep her warm. Honestly amazing customer service throughout the entire process I could not recommend them enough!!!.”

“My old boiler broke down in the middle of a cold cold spell. Within a few days Glow Green supplied and fitted a new Vaillant boiler and the engineer was exceptional (Gordon Bell). The price was great too at almost £800 less than the nearest quotes I had. All work completed in a day and the house was left immaculate.”

“Replaced my boiler in October. 3 days after installing it it failed to switch on It's not working properly and on 3 occasions now not switched on and has had a fault code present. They sent someone out to look at in, inconclusive. Reported it again over 2 weeks ago still waiting for someone to come and look at it. I would not recommend using this company.”

“This company is very difficult to work with. Installed my boiler back in 2019. The boiler was delivered and dumped in someone's parking space on rain and the driver refused to remove it. The following day after numerous phone calls someone came and moved it to my flat. The engineers who were supposed to come and fit it cancelled several appointments. Very difficult to get in touch with them even on emergencies and when you do they lie and are rude. They have cancelled 3 service appointments for me this year and as I write this I'm waiting for someone to come who was meant to be here between 1-2 pm. I'm a nurse and have to work nights or swap shifts to accommodate this appointment's and they do it year after year. The only option will be to look for a more customer oriented company. This is really heartbreaking considering that I per monthly to cover my boiler and by the look of it, it won't be serviced this year and would have lost that money. Really desperate 😢”
