“Sales and finance very efficient!! Installation not so good. Engineer arrived but parts did not we had to wait a week without heating. Installation then efficient but we need a few things still doing and are still waiting. This was August But money has been taken out. We also got a GAS safety certificate we don’t have gas we only have OIL ! Not received the new cert either. Edit. We are still waiting for things sorting out. And it’s now mid October! We keep ringing and being assured that it will be sorted out but still waiting”

“I was very pleased with the instigation of my boiler. The engineer worked non stop to install it, was very polite and didn’t leave a mess. I was also very happy with the financial arrangement to pay for the boiler, this helped me a great deal, as it’s a big outlay, but I was able to pay on an interest free deal, also taking advantage of the aftercare package. All in all I am very happy with Glow Green.”

There was one slight hitch along the way where the boiler I ordered was not available and so Glow Green sorted this immediately by upgrading it at no extra cost. I am happy with all aspects of their service and would definitely use them again and recommend to others”
