“First time customer. Really impressed. Ordered boiler Friday and installed on Monday. Really good communications by email and answered all my questions quickly. Engineer was polite and fitted everything as agreed. Cleaned up and finished on the same day. All paperwork and guarantees emailed next day. Thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone”

“Glow Green provided a great installation Engineer and the last service we had was also conducted by a highly professional gas engineer, both a credit to their trade! When I had a query last year booking my annual service the Glow Green team were apologetic, explained they were experiencing IT system problems, due to new systems going live, for which they were duly apologetic and booked another date effectively. Glow Green were recommended to us and I would also be glad to recommend Glow Green.”

“Many calls and an email have not resolved the issues with my non-functioning radiators. I honestly don’t know how to get glow green to fix these problems. Very diappointed anfd freezing cold. The house was warmer with the old boiler. Don’t know why I bothered.”

“Would not recommend at all. unprofessional , can't trust . Boiler fitted in November called in april since overheating. Promised to be called on the day .they called after more than 48hrs. Will get someone else to look at it definitely not glowgreen”
