“Have been waiting 3+ weeks for completion of job although full payment taken. On two occasions engineer booked in to complete (fit a new radiator), but never turned up. 2 days wasted waiting in. Fingers crossed new appointment tomorrow.”

“SORRY to say I would not recommend this company just had boiler fitted in March 2021 and not even 3 months they done the job and know they did not install all the parts and when I said they said you don’t need it and now my hot water not valve not working they ask me to pay for it £276 my boiler cost me £2500 and all ready paying for service every months I am so disappointed with this company.not helpful a tall .once you have product they don’t want to know you”
