“Getting your Combi boiler replaced during these difficult times needs a company that has a solid covid policy in place and most importantly a team that bring this with them, we were nervous to let an engineer into our house for the day but his professional manner and Covid safe practice soon put us at ease, best of all was hot water and heating at the end of the day. “Quite simply the whole process was first class, seamless with the minimum of fuss and the customer's interest always put first. In simple terms the choices were mine but with all the advice I needed at hand even through to the fitting when we had to make some adjustments, once again the decisions were mine. In the end a first class job from a first team, fully deserving of the chocolate treat my wife cooked while the boiler was being fitted......well it was the plumbers birthday......”
