“Found the staff extremly helpful and informative over the phone. Very quick to return calls. An easy process to order my new boiler. Despite my boiler not turning up. The engineer sent to install the boiler liaised with the office and resolved the issue that day. The area was left clean and tidy. Overal a good experience.”

“The internal installation of the boiler was ok. That could not be said the external pipe work. I had spoken with company and the installing engineer on how I wished to done. They completely ignored what I said. They also refused to rectify the issue when I complained after the installation. Would not recommend this company.”

“Installation is still not complete after a month, pump overrun electrical work has not been completed. It is appreciated that COVID-19 has had an impact on the ability to address problems promptly. However a response to an email or telephone call giving some expectation of when the issue would be resolved is not to much to ask.”

“Our initial installation date was 11 Jan 22. We were told on the day that it was postponed until 20 Jan 22. That meant we were without central heating for 30 days! After about a week we had a fault symptom,c F72, appear and had to reset the boiler. An engineer was allocated but he failed to contact us. I spoke to customer services who gave me the number for Vaillant. When I spoke to Vaillant they stated that Glowgreen had not registered my warranty. I spoke to customer services on Fri 11 Feb but the matter is still not resolved. This is not the service I expected from 'an award-winning company'!!”

“A very good company to deal with. Very professional from first point of contact to actual installation. All aspects went smoothly and every was a pleasure to talk to. Great respect for the fitting team who never stopped working from getting here to job completion and left every as they found it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“My old boiler which was 24kw of 19 years old was warming my radiators better than your 30kw vaillant which I paid so much. I signed for completion because, I don't want to go through further stress. The engineer who installed is not responding!!!”
