“NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR GLOW GREEN !!! Due to my combi boiler totally breaking down, I contacted this Bournemouth company for a replacement. My Customer Service Representative was RYAN, who immediately responded to my email, followed by several telephone calls to initiate a personal contact, and having explained the current offers available proceeded to make the transaction effortless. He was most professional, informative and responded to my queries over a lengthy period of communication with patience and care. He took time to answer my questions, due to my requesting more details, and this gave me the confidence to go ahead. He is a brilliant representative for Glow Green, and a great asset. INSTALLATION: WREXHAM. The two technicians, JAMES and RUEBEN, who arrived to install the boiler were another reason I cannot praise Glow Green highly enough. They far exceeded any expectations as, having installed the boiler in an upstairs closet, they repaired one of my previously broken roof tiles, (not caused by them), on the extension where they were attaching the flue,...they then offered, and fixed, one of the bedroom radiator thermostats, and proceeded to voluntarily fix a lounge radiator thermostat. They were both really pleasant, friendly, and engaging and had great personalities. The work carried out was of a very high standard and they left the areas in which they worked immaculately. * I was initially hesitant in using the internet to locate a boiler provider, but fortuitously I found Glow Green. I only wish that all interactions elsewhere were this high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, or its representatives to you, and truly believe that your satisfaction will be assured.”

“BE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE. They're just trying to make you buy from them but they don't finish all job and they charge you full amount of the quote. If I could, I would give 0 stars and NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM. They quoteed me to change to a combi boiler and to replace 3 radiators but when the engineer come he wasn't aware that he needed to replace the radiators too so after he instaled the new boiler he left and I have got stuck with the radiators which I have bought it separately. So I have tried to get in touch with the person who quoted me, Jamie for 3 days but he never get back to me after the quotation. Every single time when I called the office, they wasn't able to give me an answer with what's going on but after 3 days I've been charged full amount of the quote but the radiators never installed.”

“My new boiler was installed but failed to work so an engineers from the Vailliant manufacturers who sent someone here within 30 minutes but the installers decided to leave before he arrived luckily the engineer managed to fix t a new part at least then I was able to get my heating on but the thermostat was not connected if your engineers had waited for 15 minutes they could have completed the work and got it signed off so I am left with no control over the boiler apart from switching it on or off I was given no instructions on how to work the thermalstat or any details of how to operate the boiler, I am told that maybe someone will be available to complete the works at the weekend this really not good enough and not the way to treat an 84 year old pensioner.”

“The survey was not accurate, i.e. it was done using Google Earth(?) and on the day of the installation the (very good) engineers had to change the design such that I had to have less panels than I ordered. The post-implementation service has proved to not be very good, i.e. my battery stopped working after 2 weeks but the support team has neither fixed the problem, nor, more important, have they even given me any kind of update or feedback as to when or how they will fix the problem.”

“Just perfect. The boiler arrived securely. I was worried a WHITE VAN MAN will just throw it around and it will get damaged during the transfer from depo to drop point. But not so. It was well-wrapped and secure. Arriving the day before the fitter. The fitter was a pro and did a top job. In short, everything is just TICKITY BOO. 10 out of 10.”

“From initial contact to getting a quote was very fast. The installation date was then just 6 weeks later - impressive. After some confusion about delivery dates of the panels and battery etc, all arrived and was complete and in order. The installation team were excellent (Aras Ozarslan and his team) - I couldn't fault them - polite and tidy. Aras was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that I fully understood everything.”

“Although the boiler arrived on the wrong day (a day early) the plumber arrived on the right day and was very efficient. Boiler is now working well. The best thing was that I ordered it on Monday and it was installed on Saturday.... Price was good.”
