“Excellent service in ordering, fitting and Engineer who fitted the boiler which we gave an excellent rating on Trust Pilot, but when we needed help an Engineer could not be found to help with the problem. We have now been assured that our complaint will be investigated so three stars seem mean especially when five stars were previously given.”

“I chose Glow Green as they offered an immediate installation and reasonable price. Engineer arrived on time but had to come back next day as a unit needed to be moved but that was no problem. I needed some electrical work done which was dealt with very professionally. Overall quite satisfied with service and would recommend.”

“I looked out the reviews there was bad ones i do admit but it dont show all the good ones so i took the plunge got a quote week after the work was carried out. Mark fitted the boiler excellent plumber.laid all dust sheets down, Went in the loft cut up the plastic water tank & the hot water boiler in the airing cupboard plus the pipes that was not needed, took downstairs put the rubbish in is van EXCELLENT JOB WILL 100% RECOMMEND”

“All good only one things when they set up date for installation the boiler delivery should be same day not day before, my wife and me have to push the packages to garage for the night. Secondly I need to ask for refund for smart thermostat as they use my old one. Except that all goes well. Thanks”
