“Glow Green Ltd is an amazing company one of very few deliver on their promises We were quoted by another Company for a boiler that was far too big for our house Sure enough the one from Glow Green saved us money and was more than adequate The installation was carried out by Jordan who was the best workman we have ever had on site He was punctual as were your delivery team,Jordan was super efficient the quality of his workmanship was great The boiler you recommended is excellent Jordan explained everything to me Thanks again for a great installation I can’t praise Glow Green or Jordan highly enough”

“Great service from start to finish. The boiler was delivered the day before installation. I was impressed by the professionalism of the two gas engineers. They were prompt, placed protective covering on all their walking areas and all rubbish was taken away. Finally, all the technical stuff was explained. I was happy with the overall experience and would recommend this company.”

“Glow Green made the purchase and installation very simple and the call handler was very informative. However, I was given and option of interest free finance which I took in order to get a form date of installation. My intention was to pay the cost in full which I have subsequently done. Trying to contact the finance company (Creation Consumer Finance) to pay in full was a nightmare. BNP Paribas is the parent company of Creation Consumer Finance and I would urge anyone to avoid like the plague. Just Google the company and see the horrific reviews.”

“Overall pleased with quality of installation, boiler works as expected. Only small complaint it when inspecting the loft area discovered old copper pipe work/insulation not completely removed and loft insulation that was moved to gain access to the gas and water pipes was not put back so had to do this work myself.”
