“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for everything. All the best Suzi”

“From speaking to Lucy at the start when enquiring about using Glow Green for my boiler installation to Rory coming and fitting it a week later I can’t fault anything. Lucy gave me numerous boiler options to explaining about the scaffolding required for getting to the flue on the second floor flat roof. When everything was arranged the scaffolding was erected on the Wednesday. The boiler and parts were delivered on the Thursday and Rory came and fitted on the Friday. He was up and down that ladder like a gooden. He then explained how the boiler and remote thermostat worked. And finally removed all the rubbish and left a tidy work area. 10 out of ten for all concerned.”

“From contact to installation it was all well communicated and Charlie, Shane etc were all very helpful, you can ask them anything and they will assist, I chose the buy now pay later for my plan, there are a number of options including interest free ones- can’t think of anything negative to say, so far so good”

“I found dealing with Glow Green on the telephone that they were polite and efficient. The cost was reasonable Delivery of my new boiler and parts were delivered on a pallet. Had to be left outside, which makes moving it indoors difficult if you are a mature woman on their own.”

“Andrew rang before he was due to arrive for boiler service. Very professional and polite. He gets 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is the length of time I had to wait between booking a service on 25 oct and the appt date 29 Jan. I think a 3 month wait seemed rather excessive.”

“Price was standout cheap - £350 less than the cheapest of any of the four local companies that quoted and £1000 less than British Gas. I was slightly concerned about the remoteness from their headquarters and they contracted a local installer. He turned out to be seriously skillfully. I was a professional engineer while working and could quickly recognise talent. The 12 year warranty by signing up to their annual service plan was a no-brainer. Similarly, the 12 month 0% payment option.”
