“A copy of my letter to my amazing account manager Craig Aston. Dear Craig I just wanted to say how amazed I have been not only by the care you have given me in sorting out my new boiler but also Tommie and Josh came yesterday and did an amazing job. I have to say I was quite daunted at first as I am trying to find my feet doing the things in life a guy would do (not meant to be sexist). Boilers are not pink jobs but no - I back track, you made that the easiest thing in the world to me. It is now definitley on my pink list and if I know any friends who are stuck I shall definitley recomend you. The guys yesterday were amazing, efficient and friendly. “Please please never use this company. For five years, I have been with this company and not once have they provided us with their services. Me and my wife have called them, asking for their services and they always fail to show up and get back to us as well as refusing to give a refund. There are better companies out there.”

The price of both was very reasonable and well below what I was expecting to pay. The fitters were first class and did an excellent job. “From the moment I started investigating a solar power solution, GlowGreen gave me confidence in everything they discussed with me. From my own enquiries the solar panels, inverter and battery products recommended were high quality. The installers were very professional and carried out a neat and tidy installation. “The first scheduled installation didn't happen because the engineer suddenly had a childcare issue. However the rescheduled installation was a job well done. The engineer carried out a test run and flushed the central heating system. This job was done so much better than another installation I experienced a few years ago by another big company.”

“My boiler was serviced by British Gas ,the job was rushed, the engineer lied and to my horror I discovered that the boiler was leaking. I asked a local plumber for a quote for boiler replacement but the estimate was high and there were to many ifs and buts . Fortunately I found Glow Green and everything from start to finish was great. Everything was explained clearly, the delivery was faultless, the installation was carried out perfectly , the afterservice was great. I cannot thank Glow Green enough. Top marks to everyone.”

“I recently came across Glow Green while searching for a new boiler on Uswitch. After comparing several companies, including British Gas, their pricing and deal stood out as the best by far. From the moment I was in contact with their team, the entire process was smooth and professional. Andy, the agent who initially contacted me, was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to force a sale; instead, his advice on the boiler I was considering was sound and honest. I also received a £300 discount off the total cost and was given flexible and affordable payment options, which made the decision even easier. The finance process and installation worked seamlessly together. E-signing the finance contract was incredibly easy, and all necessary documents were readily accessible through my online account. Glow Green kept me updated at every stage and worked around my availability to ensure the delivery and installation were convenient for me. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery. It's a kerbside service, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront, so I wasn’t expecting to need extra help getting the boiler into the house. Thankfully, the delivery driver was kind enough to assist, and when I raised this with Glow Green, they assured me they would improve communication with future customers regarding the delivery process. As for the installation, it was fantastic! Russ and his son handled it professionally and efficiently, even completing some additional work without any hassle. I was pleasantly surprised by how stress-free the entire experience was, especially as I was expecting at least a few snags along the way. Overall, I’m thrilled with the service I received from Glow Green. It's rare to find such honest, reliable service that leaves you genuinely thankful for choosing the right company. I highly recommend Glow Green and will definitely consider them for future needs! Thank you, Glow Green!”
