I would need your details to find the booking on the system if the Full name has not been left on an " Anonymous" review, I asked for the details so that we can ensure they are correct and investigate fully - this is to try and assist you not be difficult- thank you for the reference I can see that the part has been sent to your home address there have been several attempts by team members to call you even today an email was sent to you and a call made at 10:14 at 11:23 we are still trying to contact you. “The representative, Andrew, arrived to assess the repair and ordered the part which arrived promptly. He returned quickly and was personable and competent. The repair was to my Siemens oven.”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS QUICH TO ASSIST BUT DONT BOOK APPOINTMENT. Called yesterday to make an appointment, was given a morning slot 8am-1pm and a price - waited till 1;15pm and called the number on the email confirmation and in the meantime looked at the reviews of this company ( in hindsight should have looked prior to booking) All the reviews send alarms out “DO NOT USE” “WASTE OF TIME” I called the number on the email and they told me not such booking had been made as Glotech do not have access to their diaries - therefore wast of time booking through them as you may as well go direct to the company. Very disappointing service - luckily I’m not out of pocket and can still shop around but the inconvenience of a wasted morning.”

I am sorry that it looks like you booked with one of the Branches and we genuinely do not have access for the diary of those branches as they are booking into different areas. when on the phone the operative may have supplied you with the details for the correct branch. I am sorry that the service did not run smoothly for you on this occasion and wish you well with your repair for the appliance. Thank you

Good morning, I am sorry to see your review, however I cannot find your repair in our system with out the correct details, please could you email to repairs@glotech.com providing your booking reference and contact details so that this can be investigated asap to resolve for you. It may be that you are posting this on the incorrect review site ? You could be booked in a different area with Southeast or London South branches which I have no access to the diary to see. Therefore with the correct information I may be able to assist in having this investigated quicker for you. Thank you

“Very prompt response to query and engineer able to call within a couple of days. Good communication and knowledge and able to fix problem straight away AND checked later by phone that was still OK - it was! Excellent service.”

“You website said fully stocked vehicle not the case came in a small car with a little tool bag walked in condemned the larder fridge with in 2 minutes of walking in the guy was friendly. Expensive call out at over £80 for a 2 minute visit.”

Good morning, looking at your booking you had a very experienced engineer who has assisted Glotech during the busiest times to ensure that we can attend as many requests as possible especially so close to Christmas which is one of the busiest time in the year. With his experience he was able to quickly identify that the appliance had damaged insulation and the compressor over heated therefore the appliance would be deemed as Beyond economical repair. We do understand that this can be very frustrating when an appliance is unrepairable however however the cost of an fully qualified and experienced engineer and a timely diagnosis cannot be undervalued . I would however like to still thank you for taking the time to review for us as all feedback is valuable to us. We wish you well with your replacement appliance.

Good afternoon , we are sorry to read your review, I can however assure you that we make no money by sending qualified and experienced engineer to attend a repair and just try to up sell, if we were looking to do this the opportunity would be there in the first phone call with you before filling a valuable diary slot and sending and experienced engineer out on the road, recommending you replace an appliance would only be due to your appliance being unrepairable. I can see the notes on your details say that our sales team could not assist with a replacement for you as they could not match a direct replacement and that you will be looking around yourself we understand it is frustrating when an appliance cannot be repaired however I can assure you the engineer did all he could to assist. - thank you we wish you well with what eve replacement you find.
