“Very good on line booking system & communication , engineer was excellent, arrived on time as advised , professional & friendly whilst being very productive, no time wasting or follow up call required.”

“Good service from company. Technician arrived on time having rung 20 minutes beforehand as requested. Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to age of cooker (25 years old) they were unable to repair it, or get parts for it.”

“I have only given 3 stars as I was told it would be expensive to repair but Glotech could fit me a new one. I accepted a quoted earlier this week and have heard nothing since (not good customer service I feel).”

“The 2 guys who delivered our FF did a great job. Would recommend them. Shame our old FF wasn’t as good as them. Expected it to last a bit longer than 3 years.”

“Your engineer visited to take a look at the dishwasher door that we could not get to close. ( it was out of alignment) he replaced a valve he thought needed replacing in addition. The dishwasher did not work when I wanted to use it the next day. It’s showing code E15 ! I’m guessing something happed when the dishwasher was moved. My rating is based on the dishwasher now not working for a different fault.”

“Paid for my washer to be repaired and as soon as he had gone I put a load in and fault was still there so not happy😡 should of checked it was working before he left but I assumed that was what he had done”

“After 4 visits from 2 engineers assured my washing machine was working each time… first time it managed 2 washes before the same issue, second time 4 washes before same issue and this last time it did not even work at all. Wasted 4 weeks and my money!”
