I found it very easy to contact Glotech and the advisers were very helpful. I cannot fault the engineer, he arrived on time and was very neat and tidy. Unfortunately after three visits he could not repair the machine. I have purchased a new one from Glotech.

Our built-in Siemens oven stopped heating up - suspected it was the element. Found Glotech on the internet and gave them a call. Very helpful and booked an appointment for two days later. Completely upfront with the charges and told me the engineer would call before he came. On the due date, the engineer called before 10am and arrived in about 10min. He (Max) tested the oven and found it was indeed the element which he replaced there and then. The whole job was done efficiently and quickly (normally we expect to be told that a spare part is required and will need to be ordered). Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Glotech and from Max in particular. He was extremely polite and considerate. Well done, Glotech!

Roger was excellent. He kept us informed of when he would arrive, was very prompt and polite, had pre-ordered a part and so could fix the dishwasher in about 20 minutes.

The technician knew what had happened to the machine and did not have to do a repair. His knowledge was important. He was very polite and friendly and did the job efficiently. Thank you

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They charged me almost £100 to come repair my Microwave, after a 5 minute review the "engineer" told me that I would need a £500 part to repair it and that without that he couldn't do anything! He said he could glue the piece back together but that it would only break again, and since they have guarantee they obviously don't want to attempt a repair that would hurt their bottom line. So they basically scammed me out of £100 without doing anything for me, a fully chargeable fee for coming and telling me that they couldn't help me. And then on top of that they want to sell me a new Microwave and charge me a "Gold Service" to install it... I can't believe they can get away with doing this to people, they get away with saying you are just paying one fee no matter what they need to do, but to be honest you are better off paying those engineers that charge by the hour, that way at least if they come only for 20 minutes you don't feel so cheated our of so much money. On top of everything, I have to beg over and over and over for you to send me the supposed report where your "Senior Engineer" said my microwave couldn't be fixed, so that I can get a second opinion, because in all honesty I don't trust these people's judgement, it looks like they are just trying to maximise their profit. I do hope you get properly looked into for the way you do business, it is absolutely appalling.

The engineer's visit was arranged within a reasonable time. It appeared that the blowout had also damaged the electricity supply fuse which require the attention of an electrician and the provision of a new component. The return visit was arranged within a reasonable time and the component was fitted. Further damage to the oven was revealed which proved the oven to be damaged beyond economical repair. Arrangements were made for the supply of a replacement oven of our choice at rather more cost than I could have achieved by direct purchase but very efficiently. I am still awaiting a refund of the cost of the replacement component which the engineer recovered.

Brilliant service, from the moment we requested assistance to fix our Samsung washing machine rather than buy a new one. Quick response to visit & check it could be repaired, parts ordered and repaired within days. Engineer was brilliant & couldn't be more helpful. Left everything clean & working. Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Engineer visited and told me our Miele wine cooler was not repairable for less than £1700 after only 7yrs of use. Not happy with the result and wasted £117… for a call out charge!

Excellent service , the booking agent had taken down the problem and the model number of my oven . On day of appointment the engineer knew what the problem was and had parts with him .
