Glotech cancelled my appointment without telling me. I waited in all afternoon and did not get a satisfactory response when I called to find out where the engineer was. Extremely poor service.

Great service and professionalism. Called the evening of one day regarding a dishwasher fault and they were here the very next morning and within 20 minutes had it up and running. Will definitely use their services again.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. One-off call-out and labour charge. Problem with my tumble dryer was identified, part was ordered and fitted within a week. Excellent service.

Took to long to repair because part was not in stock. Engineer was unhelpful and didn’t offer any assistance in putting machine back in place.

Good Afternoon looking at your booking which was booked on the 23-5-23 for a tumble-drier which before the Bank Holiday the engineer did attend on the 31st of may and yes unfortunately he did carry the part you required in his van stock how ever this was ordered from the supplier and as soon as this arrived the engineer attended and on 1st of June the part was fitted and the appliance tested according to the notes this was a total of 6 working days we apologies that this was not quick enough service for you however we are pleased to know the repair resolved the issue with the tumble drier and wish you well with the appliance in the future - thank you. Please send an email to repairs@glotech.com with all details and we can then speak with the engineer Manager and investigate regarding the lack of assistance with the appliance being replaced as this is not a normal response from our team of engineers. Very happy with service. Fast efficient and friendly. The Engineer managed to get to us a day early (although we did not have a long wait anyway). Good to have oven up and running again in such a short space of time.

A waste of £90. The engineer arrived. I described the problem (Bosche wasing machine, F.21 code and a scraping sound for a few days before). He didn't even bother to switch the machine on He said it needed a new motor and was going to charge £290 for it. A quick online search saw the exact same motor available for £150. I told him I would sort it out myself.

Initial website from which I chose Glotech....Excellent Prompt arrival early in time slot allotted. Engineer,polite ,intelligent communicator. He explained the problem clearly He solved the problem,but explained that in future there may be a need for a computer, This would be expensive,but it is in the records. A splendid service.

Great service from Glotech when my fridgefreezer developed a fault. From the initial phone call to the part being fitted, their communication and service was outstanding. I would definitely use them again and would recommend for a fast and efficient service.

My freezer failed and I foolishly chose a local company Glotech to come to my house to do an assessment (looking at the good reviews and ignoring the bad ones). Within 5 minutes of arrival the technician decided that the compressor was faulty. A new compressor would cost £400 (Bosch tells me they cost around £100) and there was no guarantee that it would fix the problem. Then the technician said the pipe at the back was corroded and the gas fluid was leaking out, to get the gas replaced was not a guaranteed fix. At this point it seemed to me that the preferred choice of action would be to obtain a new freezer so I thank them for their help and bid them on their way. After 30 minutes the freezer seemed to be working again and sure enough it was chilling so we put water in the icetrays ice and it froze and was operational for the next two days. I decided to ring Glotech and speak to a manager, I was told they would put me through to a Beatrice however then it transpired Beatrice was in a meeting with HR and was not available and would ring me back. This call actually never happened, she never rang back, after two days I decided to try again and asked to speak to Beatrice. I was put on hold and it rang for about 10 to 15 minutes, then the call just dropped out. So, I called again and was told that Beatrice was in the warehouse trying to sort out a problem and was unavailable, I was told that if I left a number she would ring back. Well here I am still waiting and no phone calls from Beatrice. It would seem that customers are low down on the priority list for Glotech; HR and warehouse all are more important than customers. I have seen bad reviews on Trustpilot and since my experience, I very clearly mirror them with the treatment that I have received. I'm left with no choice that having wasted the best part of £100 on a company who were trying to convince me to buy new freezer from them, that I want nothing more to do with this company and will go and buy my new freezer from a reputable company.

Had a issue with my ice maker freezing up called Glotech and they came out really quickly found the issue ordered parts came and fitted them very professional will use again
