The cost and repair work was excellent. There was a glitch with day the machine was repaired however rather than being given an excuse as to why the engineer did not turn up when he arrived the following day he actually explained what had happened and why the delay. It was so nice to not be fobbed and be told the truth which was human error. Would defiantly use agai

I think you should check to see if an appliance is worth repairing before a customer commits to paying £86 as I did not understand that a whole cercit board it needed at a cost of £90 and there is no stock. I can buy a new dishwasher for less than the cost of the repair. Therefore the visit was a waste of time and effort. You should do something about this.

Good Afternoon - thank you for the feedback however in this instance your fault description was " on button is faulty, possibly loose connection" from the the call operative would need to get an experienced engineer to visit the property and fully diagnose. it is an intermittent fault and the engineer noted that you did not wish to proceed , we do understand that some parts can make it uneconomical to repair however this is often an individual choice that a customer has to make dependent on the part or parts required. it is certainly not for us to preempt that decision for the customer with out properly diagnosing the appliance if it possibly be repaired or the issue resolved. Good afternoon for your booking you quoted the appliance as making a noise during the cycle. An experienced engineer attended your property and diagnosed the bearing are gone and a drum replacement was required, however a noise in the wash cycle could well have been several things other than the bearings for example a foreign object in the tank or pump, the washer may have moved and not been level, sometimes an unbalanced load can cause this issue, You have taken the decision to replace the appliance and not proceed with the repair option. thank you

Easy to book a next day repair. Very efficient, took minimal time to find the issue and repair it. Thank you Wassim for repairing our cooker. Would book this company again, and would highly recommend.

Polite intelligent and kind engineer, very considerate and helpful. Thank you Andrew it was a pleasure to meet you and you were spot on with your diagnosis and repair. Worth every penny of the call out and would recommend Andrew to any of my friends. Obv can’t comment on any other operatives but this young man was first class, and so was the chap at customer services. Thank you both.

After checking the Glotech website, I booked a repair for my tumble drier. I had supplied the exact model, described the problem and given the error code (see booking confirmation). I assumed, from the website (see attached), that the technician would have the necessary parts to fix the problem. However, he turned up, confirmed the problem that I described but did not have the part (possibly the heater?) and was not sure that even if he did have the part, that it would solve the problem. He suggested that I "try" a new heater which of course I would have to pay for. I was called back later with the price of the heater which was around £150 so I decided not to go ahead with the "repair" since it would not guarantee fixing the problem anyway. So I have paid the cost of the call out and will now also bear the cost of a new tumble dryer. I find that the fact that your technician could not diagnose the problem conclusively, unprofessional and I will not be using your services again or indeed recommending them to anyone else.

Good afternoon I understand from the notes on your booking that you have spoken with the Customer service Manager who has dealt directly with you. The engineer advised that the Heater element should work however it does sometimes happen that you replace one part and then find that actually there is a reason for the first part not working and another fault is found. An example of this might be - the bulb in a table lamp may blow - you pop out purchase a new bulb replace it and then find that its still not working because the fuse in the plug has gone. I hope this helps to explain why the engineer expressed there was a possibility of something else. In regards to the items carried in the vans - our engineers carry 200 items - it is impossible to carry every item for every appliance. .. we do however thank you for your time.

Two cancelled appointments followed by an in correct diagnosis of the fault which turned out to be a blocked pipe. A further delay waiting for a new pump which was not actually required. Then another visit to fit the pump which did not solve the problem. A further delay waiting for another engineer. The problem was fixed on the recent visit when the outlet was cleared of coins and a piece of plastic. In summary a very poor performance,which resulted in having to pay for a pump that was not required and a month to rectify a fault that should have been solved on the first engineer visit. I request a refund of the payment for the unnecessary pump.

Very friendly and prompt service. Disappointed, however, to find the full call out fee charged given the part needed was no longer in production, despite asking on the phone in advance if that kind of issue was likely to be solved on an extraction fan 10+ years old. The fee is a lot for 10 minutes work. Missed opportunity to make a gesture and ensure I come back in future. Now, it's just rememeberd as another average brand.
