“As its turned out I had managed to right most of the problem with the washing machine myself prior to the Glotech engineer (Dean) calling. However, he not only made sure, and reassured me, that everything was OK, he then cleaned the machine and then also checked that our tumble drier was OK. More than satisfied.”

“Javid arrived promptly and quickly located the fault on my washer and a part was swiftly ordered. He was very patient in explaining to me what had gone wrong, I am not very techy. He was very polite, worked quickly - in short - professional, just what you want.”

“The technician arrived earlier than planned. He repaired our tumble dryer without issue. The charge was reasonable given the high cost of living currently. I recommend Glotech if repairs are required.”

“I am an old lady living alone. When my washing machine stopped working I rang you for a plumber to mend it. The man who came was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed that the fault was in the electric socket, not the machine. He could have just left at that point but he took the trouble to run a cable to connect my machine to a different socket so that I can use it and to write a note explaining the problem to whoever comes to mend it. I will definitely use your company in future if I need a plumber and will recommend you to other people.”

“I very much appreciated the prompt help from them . The engineer Andrew is so helpful, friendly and punctual. He is definitely an expert in the field and identifies the problem specifically. It is amazing that I have my washing machine fixed in such short period of time. Highly recommended !”

“Lee & Gary were awsome when they arrived to replace the faulty Blaupunkt microwave oven. Very polite and knowledgeable. They installed and tested and explained basic pre-use sequence. Just wish Blaupunkt had sent the correct device when delivered in Oct 2022! Well done & thanks”

“Rob and Callum came to take out and replace new dishwasher, couldn’t of asked for nicer more respectful guys, left everything clean and tidy when they had finished and best of all my dog loved them !!!!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend/use Glotech again 110% rating for service”
