“Do not use their repair service. Waiting over 4 wks for parts, paid upfront. Booked a visit to fix parts then didn’t show, left voicemail 3 hrs later. Rebooked visit another week later. 2 parts with different engineers. Rubbish service, treat customers with contempt. Avoid at all costs.”

“Good service - fix of faulty light in oven and fridge condenser. Timely service - albeit a wait for parts. And a follow up call for the oven light which went again and was replaced with no fuss/cost.”

“Booked an oven repair Genuine mistake spoke to April and complained as my grandchildren accidentally put the oven timer on And I was then charged nearly £100 For 30 second visit into my house I understand call outs but this is shocking Do not use this company it was a genuine mistake”

“After three visits and a change of the fridge sensor, the engineer still isn't certain what the fault is???. Suggesting a new compressor and regas at a cost of over £600 with a 50% chance it will fix the fault. (His words).”

“The engineer came out & damaged my cooker. I have emailed Glotech numerous times & keep being told it's being escalated to management but nobody gets back to me. Really unhappy with the service I've received & have no other option but to report to their governing body & ombudsman.”
