“This is the first occasion I have used Glowtech and I would thoroughly recommend the company. Initial customer service contact was helpful and an engineer's visit was arranged within a few days. Engineer Paul was courteous, competent and a clean and methodical worker and repaired the oven successfully. We now have a fully working oven.”

“Gavin gave a a heads up he was on his way. He repaired my machine, we had a few minutes chat but he declined a portion of Christmas cake as he was on a diet. The cake did not go waste I ate it😀”

“Disgraceful service from Glotech. Engineer fixed a washing machine spin issue, but broke something else in the process as all of the wash cycles now don't work. Glotech wanted to charge an additional fee to investigate the new fault caused by the engineer. Avoid this company at all costs and buy a new machine instead.”
