“Quick, efficient and friendly service at a reasonable price. The engineer was on time, friendly and seemed very professional and helpful, even though he was unable to fix the problem economically.”

“Sorry -- but I wasn't actually able to usee Glotech despite it being recommended by a neighbour. This was because all the morning slots were taken for quite a few days and as someone with a school run every weekday, the weekend and afternoon slots were simply not possible.”

“We had a complicated problem with our fridge/freezer but the team at Glotech managed to find the root cause and eventually fix it. They were responsive and kept me up to date with progress on the repair - I'd definitely recommend them”

“Why bother advertising a nationwide gas repairs service then say you don’t have a gas engineer service in a fairly large populated area. Sort your website out.”

“The engineer who visited us was called Chris. He was great. He resolved our problem but took time to make sure that every element of our appliance was working. He also gave some helpful advice on how to look after the appliance in future. Would definitely use this company again.”

“I am very unsatisfied. I had an appointment twice and no one came. I had a broken freezer so I was up to time. Besides, no one was concerned about missed deadlines. On the phone, I only heard it when you want your next visit?”

“Not impressed! When I asked about the repair, I said that I thought it was the bearings, as you could feel the drum grating when rotated by hand, so they had a good 'heads up' that this was the problem. They visited, at a cost of £76, spent approx 3 minutes there and confirmed that it was indeed the bearings. Then went on to say that the bearings would be more than the cost of a new washing machine (over £300). My grievance, is that the knew the make & model in advance, they also knew that there was a very good chance it would be the bearings. So why did they not advise me of the cost at that stage? I think I know the answer, £76 for 3 minutes work. They then offered to sell me a new machine at a discounted rate, which was more expensive than other companies, without the discount!”
