“From Susan W. (Oxford). Chris from Glotec who came to fit new sensor to our Liebherr fridge was superb - 'went the extra mile', took trouble to explain and was efficient, pleasant and helpful. Neither of us realized at the time that the fridge shelves would be difficult to reinstall after he'd left - since he'd put fridge back in larder! Francisco came to the rescue promptly from Glotech and was extremely helpful and again 'went the extra mile' - persisted till he'd worked out which shelf fitted where and how, so that fridge door closed! and advised on setting. Most impressed with the excellent quality of service.”
