“I was very pleased with the repair, which was a new bulb fitted and refitting the casing back to the top of my Neff oven. Because of a problem with my shoulder and wrist, I was unable to carry out the work myself, so good to get everything working again!”

“Our freezer was making an incredibly loud noise so we booked a Globtech Repair. Their upfront fee sounds great - no hidden costs, however, apparently they can decide that they don't want to repair your freezer and keep the money. The engineer came out and was fantastic - very friendly and told us that the repair would be no problem and that the part would not be expensive -but that the office would have to order it - so I paid the one-off labour / call-out fee, happy in the certainty that it would soon be fixed and I would only have to pay for parts. A day or so later I received some missed calls and a text message (which irritated me as we live in an area with very poor reception and I had specifically requested contact by email). The text informed me that they were "unable to continue the repair" with a technical reason given, which made no sense to me. I rang their office and the person on the phone also did not understand the reason why. He promised to find out why they were "unable to continue the repair" and ring me back - he never did. They also refused to give a refund. Now I do not even know whether to go with another company or not because I don't understand why they can't fix it!”

“There was only one labour charge the only extra was for a replacement part, the cost was told me before it was replaced. The engineers were smart and tidy workers and in good time.”

“Engineer arrived on time. Replacement part was a genuine component (not a substitute make) Work was completed both professionally and in a timely fashion. A minor problem occured on test but the engineer had no problem rectifying this to our satisfaction.”

“Their sales team overpromises and engineers on the ground underdeliver in a rigid inflexible way. I paid £195 for an engineer to come and tell me that the cost of the simple repair is higher than buying a new appliance. He was also supposed to do another job, but was running out of time and refused to handle the matter with the sales team over the phone. I will not be dealing with this company again.”

“Engineer who came to assess my washing machine was very polite and helpful. Only took a couple of minutes to discover the problem. The reason I didn't go ahead with getting it fixed was the quote was expensive and I have ordered a new machine for only a little more than it was for my old machine to be repaired.”

“If I could select 0 stars I would Have just forked out £100 call out fee for our drinks fridge Engineer said if needs re-gassing Company have just called to say they have no one in our area to perform the repair and they don’t know when they will. We live in Maidenhead and this is a firm that advertise repairs in Maidenhead and Cookham… They now want to close the job Beyond disgusted AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“One star as repair wasn’t completed. Overall poor customer service. No attempt or inclination to fix outside of ordering a replacement part, which wasn’t available. So money wasted as I still have to fix. Will never use again.”
