If i could put less than 1 star i would. After filling out a form online a technician came and spent 3-4 minutes total at my house. Shook my washing machine and diagnosed it as completely broken and we would be needing a new one. So on top of a £500 new washer bill i had to pay Glotech £80 for 3 mins. Especially annoying when i had no phone call with anyone and was advised off the technician it could have been diagnosed over the phone very simply if anyone bothered to call me and ask a few simple questions. Absolutely predatory behaviour in a time when everyone is struggling with bills.

From our visit to the show room to the fitting of our appliance the whole process was efficient and smooth. Our thanks to Lee and Calum for their skills in the kitchen. We look forward to using Glotech again. A first-rate company providing first-class service.

The dishwasher is insured by D&G and had been previously unsuccessfully repaired by another repair service who had let me down on the repeat visit by rearranging the appointments twice. I then contacted Glotech independently for a second opinion and were able to attend promptly. Alex found that the part fitted previously had been incorrectly installed leading to a water leak which had damaged the electronics. His diagnosis was spot on, so I can now claim not only the cost of the Glotech visit, but I should also be able to claim a new dishwasher under the terms of the insurance from D&G. I recommend Glotech - especially Alex.

I did write. Yr service man came took a temp repute of freezer after few minutes said u have a gas leakage can u not hear the sound. Buy a new one. My problem was freezing in fridge. Any way I bought a new fridge freezer

My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently Engineers arrived on time after a prior telephone call confirming they were in their way. Communication from glitch all the way through the process. Would use again and recommend.

The technician didn’t know the appliance even after I sent the model and brand when ordered the service and explain what the problem was. He had to call someone else which didn’t know either, then was told to go on utube to find the way to fix it which he did, told me it was done and when I opened the door a few times it came apart again at which time I told him there was a lock (he didn’t know about that either!) so he did it again. I was expecting a technician that knew the appliance and knew how to fix it. Aid neatly £100 for something I could have done myself! I have sent an email explaining that I was disappointed and the reply I had was quote’ “ No worries, thanks for letting us know, job closed and sent receipt.” appealing behaviour and treatment of customers!

Lee and Cameron came to fit my dryer. They were both extremely polite, friendly and helpful and I am very grateful. I had dealt with Barry initially who helped set this up for me. All the way through the process I felt supported and I really felt everyone cared about me the customer and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. I highly recommend! Thank you

I phoned them to ask for someone to repair a washing machine which wasn't drying due to the drier not drying - no heat. When the service man arrived at about 9.20am, the first thing he said was - 'Did they tell you this would cost £81?' - I was astonished. Not only had I not been warned of the cost, but he only spent a brief 10 minutes here. However, I did pay him as I thought a refusal might result in argument and unpleasantness. But I would like to think there might be some (at least partial) refund forthcoming. Had I known in advance, as implied by the technician, I would have refused the visit.

Good afternoon - It is disappointing when a customer is not happy with the service and value for money, all of our team are trained to provide the cost upfront on every phone call I will ask our customer service manager to retrieve the call for your booking and investigate thoroughly - in relation to the time the engineer spends at the property he is allocated enough time to fully diagnose and if possible complete a first time fix for you. during the time allocated we could not book for another customer. I understand you have also emailed team and had a response from the team - Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. The fault reported over the phone was that your Washer dryer was not drying, on attending the engineer has diagnosed that the thermostat had tripped, this was reset and looking at the system the appliance should be working ok. If this is not the case, we can look at rebooking an engineer to attend and look at the appliance again for you. The fixed labour fee of £81.54 covers the initial diagnoses and further visits if required - any parts would have been an additional cost to this. I will however pass you feedback to the management team and investigate the phone call for the pricing which you should have been provided on the call.

Your man was only there 5 mln did not even take the top off the machine and said parts where £220 took £81 and left ???

Really pleased to have chosen Glotech to look at my washing machine. Wojciech was really professional and helpful, going above and beyond, including explaining the problem with my machine. Those small touches like him phoning me in advance, estimating when he would be arriving, added to feeling I was receiving first class service.

I am very grateful that I called Gloteh Repairs. The repair man was very kind and friendly, and He got my washing machine working very well quickly. The service was very quick and price affordable. Thank you. 5 stars.
