“The company issued a timely email reminder of the impending renewal of the policy with good links to the website, together with a postal reminder. A call to ask further advice relative to the extension of the coverage offered by the existing policy was handled efficiently and effectively.”

“Clear web site. Easy to follow purchase procedure. Could wish for less complicated 10 pages of "Fine Print" which, once carefully read, indicate that the chance of a successful, justified, claim is close to zero. All kinds of let-outs, excesses, disclaimers, rejections, etc. Frankly having waded through all the fine print I concluded thath this insurance is not worth the money, but it is a requiremant of the travel companies, so one grins & bears it as just another "add-on" the real cost of a holiday.”

“Very pleasant people to deal with. Very easy to do but do make sure that you have all the details of any pre-existing illnesses & dates to hand to enable medical screening to be carried out, when necessary. Have used them for a number of years but not having to make a claim, so far, so good cannot comment on that aspect.”

“We are happy for having just bought your international insurance - We certenly do hope that we will never use it - Still, in the most unfortunate event that we should need urgent (!) serious Fisrt Air followed by need of urgent hospitalization we would contact you expecting due help . “All we can comment on is the website and one query phonecall as luckily we haven't had to make any claims but we found the website easy to use, the lady we spoke to was very helpful and we think the amount to pay reasonable. “I cannot comment on Globelink's customer service as I haven't made a claim through them. Suffice it to say that the online application process was fine, their prices are competitive and when I called to request a hard copy of the policy, it arrived promptly. So far so good.”
