“The real test of travel insurance is what happens when you make a claim. On past experience, Globelnk, like all other companies, I suspect, do everything they can to avoid paying out. And marks lost for asking for a review before the policy even starts. (You did ask...)”

Dear Mrs. Lynas, As you have been a Globelink customer continually for the past 5 years you would be able to offer a comprehensive review of our product and service, I cannot trace any details of you making a claim again any of your Travel Insurance policies with us but I do hope that if you do our Claims Team do not live up to your expectations !! We wish many more safe trips in the future.

“Although I am quite deaf and had to get the young lady to repeat herself quite often she was very patient with me. Also the young man I spoke to re the health problems my husband and myself have. As I have had this problem with hearing over the phone many times, some of the persons at the other end of the phone, especially the younger people, I give both these persons 10/10 for their patience and cooperation”

“I found the lady I spoke to on the telephone extremely courteous and helpful and would not hesitate to recomend your company to anyone needing travel isurance. When I renewed my insurance I asked for a hard copy as I do not have printer. this has not yet arrived. could you please check that one has been sent. Stephanie Strain”

“When I managed to get through on the phone I was told that the company would phone back. Much to my disappointment nothing happened until I managed to get through 2 days later. I felt very let down that the company didn't have the good manners to return my call. However Mrs T. Paul dealt with my renewal very efficiently and restored my faith in the company. I would like to express my thanks to her for her prompt action.”
