As a previous customer on the 23rd of Feb: via email I requested a discount code for further Insurance, heard nothing so rang your office and was told to apply by email! already had! So on the 25th of Feb: took out the necessary Insurance cover applying via an existing customer and received a discount, which your staff had not identified I could do, having still not had a reply to original email and never will!!

Excellent customer service. Website easy to understand. Good, inexpensive cover. I have never had to claim but would expect the service to be equally good if I had to do so.

surprisingly easy to book travel insurance and half the cost of booking with airline at the time of choosing flights. As an ex-pat it is important to have a company that doesn't care if you live in the UK! Just hope I'm not disappointed if I should need to make a claim. Oh, why did I need to print off 23 sheets of T & C's ? ! T Hubball.

My wife and I have used Globelink in the past and never had any problems. Thank God we have never had to make a claim and hope we never will. We had always found them to be helpful polite and sympathetic to our needs with an easy ear and a calm cheerfulness. Yesterday however after several abortive attempts to input the relevant info we gave up and rang them direct. The young lady with whom my wife spoke was officious and too quick, barely giving my wife time to explain our needs. She talked over my wife several times and mistakes were made on their part. Eventually after several emails and expensive telephone calls. as we live in Spain to and fro we got everything we needed but we were uncomfortable with the way in which our calls were handled. This is the only time we experienced any kinds of problems I might add. My wife was a senior employee of a large international travel insurance company so she knows what to do etc. but was left somewhat underwhelmed.

The website is not the most simple to negotiate and different to go back and add things or to create two different types of insurance in one transaction. It is what it is however in the medical terms some of the more minor illnesse such as controlled blood pressure and maybe controlled diabetes could be covered for with a few limitations.

This is the second time I've reviewed my policy and the process seems simpler now, but renewing on-line is always relatively straight-forward. The medical screening staff are also pleasant and knowledgeable, and you don't have to wait for ever to speak to someone.

Just regarding ease of on-line renewal...good. Other features not tested yet. I enjoy the Globelink newsletters. Please state the previous year's premium, and proposed increase, when notifying renewal.

Dear Globelink Your personnel were always most helpful and polite. The service was rapid and helpful. However it was too expensive and could have been a third less or so.
