“I asked a question to confirm weather snorkling was covered in the policy rather than going through all the small print. She laughed out allowed, not what I expected or customer serviced I expected.”

I am sorry your enquiry was not handled to your satisfaction, I hope that you were supplied with the details of the large list of Adventurer activities that are covered as standard on all Globelink policies and guided to the section in the Policy Wording that provides you with a full and detailed list of what is covered which does include Snorkelling.

“I have used this insurance for 4 yearly trips , never claimed so do not know what they will be like if i ever after claim, but the web site for filling in all details and the ease of getting a decent insurance when you are over 65 was great , most do not recognize older people but this firm does”

“We have not needed to use our insurance. That is good for us all round. Apart from a bit of bother getting past the "I am not a robot" step it went OK. The problem may have been our internet.”

“Our travel insurance was arranged quickly by phone with a member of staff who was well informed and very clear in their explanation of the various options. The policy which we have taken out met our needs perfectly, at a very reasonable price and we will certainly use Globelink again in the future!”
