“The experience of purchasing the insurance was quite easy, but a request for information shortly after my purchase has gone unanswered for a week now. That’s a bit frustrating. We have used globelink before and though we have not had to make a claim, the experience was similarly good.”

“unfortunately when I phoned to renew my policy which I have done successfully for many years, the payment machines were not working and it was suggested by the very helpful operator that I try online. I had great difficulty with renewal as we were changed from UK to EU, another great benefit from Brexit!! It took me a long time but I succeeded. Thank you.”

“We have traveled widely over the years my wife and I, with Globelink, travel lnsurance, and have always felt assured, that should we ever need to use our insurance, Globelink will be there for us, we will travel with Globelink travel insurance, for as long as we are both fit to do so. long may that be.”

“I haven't made a claim as yet and that's really the litmus test for a successful policy. However, it was an easy process and really great that certain pre-existing conditions are excluded. It makes travelling so much easier for those of us who are elderly. I've used Globelink twice before and again, I haven't had to make a claim but I'm comfortable that they offer a really great package.”

“The online purchasing process was straightforward. We needed an insurance policy while already away from home. Our ages are 65 and 68. This was the only company we could find that would cover us. We have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on this aspect.”

“easy to use, download of documents easy to obtain as pdf or print. Expensive for anyone over the age of 70, could be more flexible with discounts for loyal customers especially those who have not claimed on any policies. Would use again.”
