“Easy online process, took very little time to complete. Few questions asked Payment on line was simple. Documents arrived immediately by email. After discovering a minor error on document, it was remedied within 24 hrs and new document issued.”

“Pleased with the speed of setup but worried about the length of the terms and conditions which maybe have different meanings to different people. At the end of the day the customer wants reassurance that problems are resolved in the interest of the customer.”

“The cruise company required a policy with specific coverage and Globelink managed to provide it. Didn´t have to use it (thankfully) but they gave me the product I needed in a fast and simple way.”
