“A friend had recommended Globelink for ex-pat insurance so I checked the website and it seemed to meet our needs for cover. However I had a query about the extra 'valuables' cover and when I rang to enquire about it my call was answered by a woman who showed a complete lack of interest in helping me with my query. I came away with the impression that I was just being a 'nuisance', to the extent that I decided to look for alternative policies. As it was I decided eventually to take out a policy with you as I could find no easier alternative.”

“Renewing our insurance was very easy. Unfortunately we had to claim on our son's policy two years ago. Granted it was only for a consultation for a minor infection, but it was dealt with speedily and without any problems. We have been happy to renew in the knowledge (hope) that we will be similarly treated if we have the need to make a claim.”

“I I live in Ireland and have no way of accessing the UK 0800 Numbers.I am also very deaf and cannot use the phone anyway. Plus,I am not exactly computer literate. So I am very glad that I have established e-mail contact with Jordan Carpenter on your website. He has been very helpful arranging Travel Insurance for four holidays in the last three years,especially as I have a long list of pre-existing conditions.
